Engagements

I build operating systems for messy businesses.

    What I Do

Five ways I make an operation legible

Each engagement starts with the same question: where does the work break, and what system fixes it?

    01

    Operational Systems Architecture

I design internal platforms that connect sales, inventory, finance, production, reporting, and leadership visibility into one clearer operating layer.

This includes ERPs, CRMs, workflow tools, dashboards, databases, and custom internal apps built around how the business actually works.

    02

    Decision Intelligence & Applied AI

I build systems that help teams move from “what happened?” to “what should we do next?”

That means combining deterministic business logic with AI-assisted interpretation, recommendations, summaries, and workflow guidance. The numbers stay auditable. AI helps explain, prioritize, and guide action.

    03

    Data Visibility & Executive Dashboards

I create dashboards and reporting systems that give leaders live visibility into performance, exceptions, bottlenecks, and operational risk.

The goal is not prettier charts. The goal is faster, clearer decisions.

    04

    Workflow Automation & Process Design

I audit operational workflows, identify friction, and redesign the handoffs, tools, and automations that keep work moving.

If your team is copying data between spreadsheets, chasing updates in Slack, or manually rebuilding the same reports every week, there is probably a better system.

    05

    Fractional Product & Systems Leadership

I provide senior product, systems, and implementation leadership for teams that need someone to own the architecture, roadmap, requirements, delivery, and adoption of internal tools.

You get product strategy, technical translation, stakeholder alignment, and execution oversight without hiring a full-time product leader.

    How I Work

From the mess to a measured outcome

A five-step path from operating pain to a system people actually use.

    1. 01

      Understand the Mess

We start with the real operating pain: where work gets stuck, where data breaks, where teams lose visibility, and where decisions are harder than they should be.

    2. 02

      Map the System

I translate the business process into workflows, data models, rules, roles, integrations, and decision points. This is where we separate what should be automated, what should be calculated, what needs human judgment, and where AI can actually help.

    3. 03

      Build the Operating Layer

I design and lead the build using the right tools for the job: low-code platforms, databases, dashboards, automations, AI workflows, or custom development when needed. For complex builds, I bring in trusted technical specialists while owning the product architecture and delivery.

    4. 04

      Drive Adoption

A system only matters if people use it. I help teams roll out the workflow, train users, collect feedback, refine the experience, and make the tool part of daily operations.

    5. 05

      Measure the Outcome

The goal is not software for its own sake. The goal is better visibility, fewer manual steps, faster decisions, stronger margins, cleaner reporting, and systems that scale with the business.

    Transparency

What I am, and what I am not

I am not a traditional software agency and I am not just a dashboard builder.

I operate as a product systems architect: I define the business logic, workflows, data structure, AI use cases, implementation roadmap, and adoption strategy.

When a build requires deeper engineering, I coordinate vetted developers and technical specialists. You get strategic product thinking plus practical technical execution without needing to hire an entire internal team.

    Pricing

    How pricing works

There is no fixed price list, because a two-week visibility fix and a multi-quarter operating platform are not the same engagement.

Every quote is scoped after a consultation.

The first 30-minute strategy call is free. We use it to establish what is breaking, what has to be built, who has to adopt it, and what the outcome is worth. You get a proposal with scope, sequencing, and a price for that specific work.

    Fractional leadership

Ongoing monthly retainer for teams that need senior product and systems ownership without a full-time hire.

    Fixed-scope build

A defined project price for a dashboard layer, automation redesign, or a single operating module.

    Diagnostic

A short paid engagement that maps the system and produces an architecture and implementation plan you own.

    Start

If your business is running on spreadsheets, disconnected tools, or tribal knowledge, let's build something better.

I usually start with a 30-minute conversation to understand what is breaking, what needs visibility, and where a practical system could create leverage.
