About Alex Scharifker

Product leader, operator, and systems architect

Alex Scharifker designs operating platforms and applied AI systems for teams outgrowing spreadsheets, fragmented software, and tribal knowledge.

Born in Venezuela, I've lived and worked across 5 countries on 3 continents — Brazil, Mexico, England, France, and the US. Degrees in Economics and Product Management, an Executive MBA in progress, and fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. I turn complexity into clarity for teams that don't have time for theory.

My career sits at the intersection of product, operations, and data. As co-founder of SourceMate and Sr.Product Manager/ Systems Architect at MEGO, I design the systems that replace spreadsheet archaeology with decisions people trust and then measure whether those decisions actually paid off.
